SMALL JOBS

  1. Clean Windows in club house inside and out.
    All cleaning materials are either in the Cleaning cupboard or in the Galley. Own equipment can be used if preferred Eg Karcher (1 person job)
  2. Clean CCTv cameras
    Yellow step ladders needed from store room, Damp cloth or light hand brush (1 person job)
  3. Replace outside light bulbs (done 22/10/22)
  4. Re align boats and tidy boat park
    Pull boats out line by line and re align with row markers. Remove all litter and do a general clean up at every line. Throw away all stone/ brick chocks and replace with wood chocks (2 person Job)
  5. Maintain boats
    Blow tyres up on all club boats (1 person job)
  6. Gate Locks
    Oil and clean. All materials in cleaning cupboard. (1 person job)
  7. Sort sails out in tractor container
    Unfurl, check condition, decide to keep or throw, re store.
    Liaise with Dave White or George Panter or Mark Burkitt if you’re interested
  8. Repair BBQ
    Fit stainless plates (see Dave White) into existing BBQ and rivet or bolt in place
    Measure Cut and fit ply wood leg stabilizer.( 2 person job)
  9. Clean OD steps
    OD steps very slippery nee to clean and clear moss off them. Need: hard brush/scraper/hot water detergent. (1 person job).

MEDIUM JOBS (Parts required)

  1. Slipway
    Extend slipway further into water (2 to 3 person job) wellies required.
    Liaise with George Panter, Dave White if you’re interested – Work scheduled for commencing 29th Oct when all parts will be available
  2. Jetty Bridge (Done 24/10/22)
  3. Re set Ulley facia in front of Galley bar
    Liaise with Dave White if you’re interested – Work can commence straight away but may need a trip to purchase glue (2 person job)
  4. Free up large container opening mechanism (Done 24/10/22)

LARGE JOBS

  1. Jetty
    Replace sides of jetty with materials purchased from Banks fund grant. Scheduled start to be agreed
    Liaise with Ian wood Project lead if you’re interested (multiple people required)
  2. Rack
    Build boat storage rack above existing safety boat shed at the side of clubhouse. Liaise with Ian wood Project lead if you’re interested (multiple people required)

FUTURE WORK IN PLANNING

  1. Replace steps on OD tower.
  2. Fan in mens changing rooms
  3. New Fan in clubhouse window
  4. General tidy up
